Does your nonprofit own a building with huge energy bills in Boston, Cambridge, Salem, or Quincy?
If so, through our program, the building might be able to get a comprehensive efficiency upgrade worth at least $35,000. The upgrade comes at no up-front cost since it’s paid for by savings on the energy bills.
Eligible projects include:
– A new efficient heating system
– Converting from oil to gas
– Heating system controls
– Combined heat and power systems
– Other measures
Through HEET’s partnership with National Grid and RENEW Energy Partners, participating nonprofits can potentially get:
– Instant rebates worth up to 70% of the cost of the work
– On-bill financing
– Up to 36 months of 0% interest
– Additional financing for up to 10 years
You can choose which option works best for you. HEET will connect you at no cost to the needed services.
If your nonprofit doesn’t qualify for the program, HEET will advise you about other available options to lower your energy bills and use.
HEET is an award-winning nonprofit organization that helps other nonprofits lower their energy use and bills. We are primarily funded by grants.
